If you study the issue you&#039;ll probably figure this out on your own, but the companies you mention are unlikely to end up being on your final list of candidates. I am a Lulu (www.lulu.com) partisan, so don&#039;t take my word for it, but be sure to include it in your research. (Lulu is free, by the way, and is rapidly eclipsing the other POD companies on the Internet.) But--as I noted--you should do your own research. Good luck..&lt;/p&gt;
